ALII COVE REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 30 DAY RENTALS
All owners booking less than 30 days will be fined

The annual Meeting of Alii Cove was held as scheduled at the Royal Kona Resort. The attendance was good at 58.356% in owners and proxies. The election of 3 officers was held and the results were Brad Wilcox and Linda Arlington were re-elected to another 3 year term. A new member was added to the BOD. Steve Johnson received the votes to place him in a 3 year term as well. Congratulation to all three and a special Thanks to Steve for his volunteering to sit on the Board of Alii Cove/
The Board of Directors is once again at full membership with all 9 seats filled.
The coming year we will be meeting on a bi-monthly schedule starting in March.
The calendar of your boards schedules will be posted in the normal spots around the complex and on line, under "Coming events"
We look forward to another good year and meeting the new owners that have joined us in the last 12 months.

SAFETY WARNING: The HOA would like to advise the owners that any water leaks and damage caused by a leak are the responsibility of the owner. The HOA request that all owners make an inspection and either turn off the water if they are not going to be in the unit for some time or contact their "on Island representatives " to do the same.
If your kitchen faucet or the hoses to it, develop a leak, be advised that you may be able to contact Kohler for a replacement free of charge. The Kohler customer service telephone number is (800) 456-4537.
We have had a few reports of the Kohler Kitchen Faucets leaking under the sink, now maybe a good time to make sure your HO6 insurance (home owners coverage) is in force and reported to Hawaiiana.
